Founded in 1987 by Scott Timmington and Spencer Schram, Premier Hotel Properties has grown from a regional operation into a trusted leader in hospitality management. Over the years, we’ve successfully managed up to 13 properties simultaneously, employing over 350 team members across four states.

Our journey began with the creation of Select Inns, a regional hotel brand in Minnesota and North Dakota. Since then, we’ve expanded through third-party development and management of well-known brands like Holiday Inn Express, Best Western, and HILTON.

Today, Premier Hotel Properties manages six thriving properties, including branded hotels and boutique, lifestyle-focused independents. With a strong presence in the Midwest, we operate properties in Missouri, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, while our experience extends to Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa.
