Kelly Graves is a dedicated professional with over eight years of experience in real estate and property management. She has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties across Utah, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, focusing on creating vibrant communities where residents feel truly at home.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a real estate and property management degree. During her studies, she earned her CPM and ARM certifications and was an active member of the Wisconsin IREM chapter, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
Currently, Kelly manages Farnam Flats, combining her expertise and passion for fostering strong resident relationships with efficient property operations. As Premier Hotel Properties continues to grow, Kelly looks forward to obtaining her Wisconsin Real Estate License and expanding her knowledge of property development.
Paul Williams

Paul Williams is a seasoned professional with expertise in management agreements, new investments, and property development. As an integral part of the Premier Hotel Properties team, Paul collaborates closely with leadership to oversee operations, providing invaluable insights through his skills in business analysis and deal-making.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota (1999) and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University (2004). His journey with Premier Hotel Properties began as an intern, and through dedication and hard work, he rose to the role of Managing Partner in 2007. Known for his passion for construction and bringing ideas to life, Paul thrives on creating value and fostering innovation within the organization.
Outside of work, Paul is deeply committed to his community. He volunteers with the Church of Latter-day Saints and the Rotary Club, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership. Married to his wife, Salwa, since 1998, Paul is a proud father of six and brings his optimistic, can-do attitude to every aspect of his life and work.

Scott Timmington, a Detroit native and U.S. Army veteran, has dedicated his career to excellence in hospitality and property management. After his honorable discharge in 1968, Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Wayne State University. In 1976, he relocated to Minnesota, where he has lived with his wife, Marybeth, raising their three adult children.
In 1987, Scott’s entrepreneurial vision, alongside business partner Spencer Schram, led to the founding of Premier Hotel Properties. As Secretary / Treasurer and Managing Partner, Scott oversees the financial operations of multi-state hotel and apartment portfolios, including financial statements, tax compliance, and audits. His leadership and financial acumen have driven the company’s growth and success.
With decades of experience and a commitment to integrity, Scott is pivotal in Premier’s mission to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence across all managed properties.
Shawn McAlister
Vice President of Operations, Premier Hotel Properties, Inc.
As VP of Operations, Shawn McAlister is responsible for over $10 million in annual revenue. He has specifically focused on improving workplace culture and operations to produce financially successful hotel and restaurant operations.
After graduating from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, Shawn learned the hospitality business from the ground up, starting his career in the front office department at the Holiday Inn in Austin, Minnesota. He went on to serve in multiple leadership roles throughout his 30-year career before moving into his current role as VP of Operations with Premier Hotel Properties in 2010. Shawn obtained his Master’s in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University in 2015.
Shawn has an extensive career in the hospitality industry and is serving as an Adjunct Instructor in the Hospitality & Leadership Department at Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Additionally, he is past president and current member of the Hilltopper Rotary Club in Onalaska, currently serves on the Onalaska School Board & Onalaska Common Council, and is a board member of the Austin Enhancement Group & Onalaska Enhancement Foundation.
Shawn is married to Danielle, and they have two children, Lydia and Ross.

Spencer Schram, a native of Richville, MN, graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration. Since 1981, he has been a dynamic force in real estate, completing over $200 million in transactions. As President of Select I.A., Inc., Spencer has managed several hotels under Premier Hotel Properties, developed senior housing projects, and invested in multi-family buildings, agricultural ventures, and development land.
Spencer’s leadership extends beyond real estate. He served as Board Chair for both the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce and the Bloomington Convention and Visitors Bureau, demonstrating his commitment to civic engagement and community development.
An avid outdoorsman, Spencer is passionate about private land conservation and wildlife restoration. In his free time, he enjoys dog training, hunting, skiing, boating, and supporting waterfowl conservation organizations. Known for his sharp insights and thoughtful opinions, Spencer brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Premier team.
